By car: be aware of paid parking zones and possible difficulties with parking in the center of Prague (paid zones mostly Mo-Sa 8 am - 8 pm 40 CZK/hour)

Metro: Easy transportation to the venue by Metro Line C Václavské náměstí or line A Můstek (direction Václavské náměstí when getting out from the metro station)

The connection between Václav Havel Airport Prague and Prague city centre is provided by public transport bus lines which operate at regular few-minute intervals. Bus stops are located directly in front of terminals.

Public Transport Buses

To get to Prague city centre the fastest by public transport, we recommend taking the bus line:

119 (Terminal 1/Terminal 2 - Veleslavín train station) and changing to metro Line A.

100 (Terminal 1/Terminal 2 - Zličín) and changing to metro Line B.

190 (Terminal 1/Terminal 2 - Divoká Šárka - Petřiny - Anděl) and changing to metro Line A (Petřiny) or B (Anděl).

Public transport bus rides are subject to regular Prague Public Transport Fares; pre-paid passes and time cards apply. Bus rides do not need to be booked in advance. Passengers without pre-paid passes or time cards must purchase a ticket before boarding the bus from a ticket machine or the Prague Public Transit company (DPP) counter. Ticket machines are located directly at bus stops and around arrival halls. Prague Airport is not the provider of the service.

Transport Buses Airport Express

Direct transport between Václav Havel Airport Prague and the Prague Main Railway Station, where it is possible to transfer to trains to the rest of the Czech Republic and abroad, is arranged by the Airport Express shuttle buses AE.

It is not possible to use regular Prague Public Transport tickets for rides to the Prague Main Railway Station aboard Airport Express. Airport Express bus tickets may be purchased directly from the bus driver or in Visitor Centre at Arrival Hall.
